Remote hiring does not usually fail because someone lacked a skill. It fails because two people could not find an hour to talk, and a one-day question became a one-week delay, and eventually somebody moved their working day by four hours and resented it.
So overlap is the first thing this platform ranks on. Every role publishes the UTC hours a team needs you reachable. Every profile carries a working band. The intersection is shown as a 24-hour strip on every listing, because offset arithmetic in your head is how people end up in the wrong job.
What we require that others do not
A listing does not publish without a salary range and a statement of which countries it can legally hire in. Both exist because they are the two things candidates most often discover after three interviews, and both are trivially knowable on day one.
Every company carries a public median reply time. Ghosting is not a policy anyone writes down, but it is measurable, and measuring it changes behaviour.
Why it is free on both sides
Charging job seekers means charging people at their least financially secure. Charging per listing means small teams under-post and the board fills with agencies. The platform is funded by optional employer services instead, none of which affect what candidates see first.
What the AI does and does not do
It suggests and it explains. It rewrites a bullet and shows you the original next to it. It scores an answer and tells you what was thin. It never edits your CV on its own and never auto-rejects a candidate, because a filter you cannot inspect is just a bias you cannot audit.
