The CV builder

Most CVs are rejected by software
before a person opens them.

Applicant tracking systems parse structure before they read prose. The builder scores the file the way those parsers do, then rewrites the weak lines with you.

Live ATS score

Nine parser checks — contact block, section order, date formats, quantified results, keyword density, file structure — updated as you type.

Line-level rewrites

Ask AI to rewrite any bullet. It returns a stronger version with a metric and an action verb, and you accept or ignore it.

Paste a job, see the gap

Drop in the description you're targeting. You get the exact terms you're missing and where each one belongs.

Parser-safe export

Single column, real text, standard headings. No tables, no icons, no columns that scramble on upload.

Localised for the market

Photo, age and address conventions differ by country. The builder flags what to drop for the market you're applying to.

One profile, every apply

Your CV is your profile. Apply in one click and recruiters see the same parsed structure their ATS would.

Start to offer

How it works

STEP 01

Set your hours

Pick your timezone and how much overlap you'll accept. Everything downstream is filtered by it.

STEP 02

Build the CV

Import, paste or write from scratch. Take the AI rewrites you agree with, ignore the rest.

STEP 03

Apply in one click

Your parsed profile goes straight into the recruiter's pipeline — no re-typing the same fields.

STEP 04

Track to offer

See every stage, every response time, and what to send next when things go quiet.

Beyond the basics

Built for how remote hiring
actually goes wrong.

Overlap-first matching

The most common reason a remote hire fails is not skill, it's hours. Every role and every candidate carries a 24-hour UTC band, and matches are scored on the intersection before anything else is considered.

Pay transparency required

No listing goes live without a salary range and a currency. Ranges are shown converted to your local currency.

Hiring-region clarity

Every post states which countries it can actually hire in, and whether it's employment or contract.

AI interview practice

Generate questions for the exact role, answer them, and get feedback graded against what the posting asked for.

Response-time scores

Companies carry a public median reply time. Ghosting is visible, so it happens less.

Blind first pass

Recruiters can hide names, photos and locations for the first review round and rank on evidence alone.

Skills tests, optional

Short practical tasks a candidate can complete once and reuse across every application on the platform.

Contract and payroll notes

Plain-language guidance on what employer-of-record, contractor and direct employment mean for each posting.

Questions

The ones worth asking

If it's free for everyone, what's the catch?

There isn't a listing fee or a subscription on either side. The platform is funded by optional employer services — verified company profiles, sponsored placement in search, and payroll partner referrals. None of them affect match scores, and job seekers are never charged for anything.

What makes a CV "ATS friendly"?

Applicant tracking systems read a file before a human does. They want a single column, real selectable text, standard section headings, consistent date formats, and the vocabulary the job description uses. Multi-column layouts, text inside images, headers and footers, and decorative icons are the usual reasons a good candidate is filtered out. The builder checks all of it and shows you what failed.

Does AI write the CV for me?

No. It suggests, you decide. Every rewrite is shown next to your original line with accept and ignore. Nothing changes in your document unless you accept it, because a CV full of text you did not write falls apart in the first interview.

How is timezone overlap calculated?

Every role publishes the UTC hours a team needs you reachable. Your profile carries your own working band. The overlap is the intersection, shown as a 24-hour strip on every card so you can see the fit at a glance rather than doing offset arithmetic.

Can I hire someone in a country I have no entity in?

Often, yes — through a contractor agreement or an employer-of-record. Each posting states which arrangement it uses and which countries it covers, so candidates aren't applying for roles that can't legally hire them.

Who can see my profile?

Only companies you apply to, unless you switch on open-to-work visibility. You can hide your profile from named employers, and blind review means your first pass can be judged without your name or location attached.

Free, both directions

Pick the door that fits you today.

You can switch sides whenever you like — plenty of people hire on Tuesday and job-hunt on Thursday.
